With customized molding technology based on vehicle scanning, 3D TPE car mats fit most mainstream vehicle models. They are widely used in fuel sedans, SUVs, MPVs and pickups, as well as various new energy EVs and extended-range hybrid vehicles, covering domestic independent brands, European, American, Japanese and Korean car series. Molded according to original chassis data, front mats, rear mats and cargo liners can be developed separately, meeting the interior demands of ordinary passenger cars and some light commercial vehicles.
It is necessary to distinguish vehicle configurations and body structures when selecting. Fuel versions and new energy versions of the same model usually have different chassis shapes. Some models have separate versions for 5-seater / 7-seater, standard wheelbase / long wheelbase, sport edition and regular edition, and their floor mats are not interchangeable. Pickup trucks, off-road vehicles with modified chassis, and a small number of rare imported vehicles require separate chassis data collection for customization without ready-made mass-produced molds.
